CC Volleyball Open "Gyms" - Begin Monday (6/8)
CC VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION:
- Voluntary practices/open “gyms” will start Monday, June 8th from 7-9 AM Monday thru Wednesdays at Manhattan Park (430 Manhattan Rd off of Cascade near Beltline). The sand courts are accessed from the Manhattan Rd entrance not the Cascade entrance.
- Strength and conditioning for all female athletes will be 10-11 AM outside at CAT Monday thru Thursdays.
- Parent meeting Monday (6/8) at 6 PM at CAT track bleachers.
- Reminding players to bring own water bottle and towel. I will have sanitizer, screen as instructed, and divide into groups for drills that will respect social distancing. Players must bring appropriate shorts for conditioning. No spandex except at volleyball practice. Players must arrange for own transportation to both locations.

- All workouts are optional. All coaches will respect and support the decision of any family that opts to not have their student participate in workouts
- All workouts will take place outdoors
- All participants and coaches must complete a health check before leaving their house to attend a workout
